  • Free Seaman Schools Fall Parent Classes

    The following classes will be conducted via a combination of video presentation and group participation at the Mathes Early Learning Center. A workbook is included with registration at no cost. The curriculum is Dr. Becky Bailey’s Conscious Discipline.

    Elementary students will begin a new hands-on program called Launch. Launch is a Project Lead the Way program, designed to empower students to become creative collaborative problem solvers, ready to take on any challenge. Project Lead the Way has helped us improve engagement level at the high school and we’re excited to expand into our other schools this year.

    As part of their Give Back to Schools program, Office Max and Office Depot give Elmont 5% credit for purchases made when our school ID is given. Simply let the clerk know Elmont’s school ID (70039230), and that’s all you need to do. We use this credit to purchase supplies for use throughout the school.     Seaman USD #345 takes proactive measures to protect the safety of all our students and staff members. In the case of an emergency, Seaman USD #345 staff members will protect and shelter your children until they are reunited with you.     This year, Seaman Schools introduced a new learning management system called Schoology at all grade levels. Teachers and students have been using this digital learning management tool since August to organize content, engage students and now we’re ready to connect to families.
