We provide opportunities to our special education students to get work opportunities in the community that are applicable to real-life skills for them to use post-graduation. Students earn a credit for participating in this Work Study program.
The center was designed to give students the opportunity to improve writing skills and receive assistance on written assignments. Student volunteers and one staff member run the center on Tuesdays and Thursdays before and after school, as well as during seminar on Wednesdays and Thursdays.
Seaman High School offers the opportunity to Juniors and Seniors to enroll in courses through Washburn Tech. Students can receive credit hours in work areas of interest and get started on a possible future career path.
