    Seaman High Football Stadium $1,500 per event

    Seaman High Auditorium: $100 per hr

    • Sound and Lighting, Mandatory $25 per hr
    • Custodian, Mandatory $25 per hr
    • Security, Optional $30 per hr
    • Administrator, Optional $50 per hr

     

    Out-of-District Cost (at least one user is a patron)

    Elementary Gyms and other rooms: $22 per hr (2 hr. minimum)

    Seaman High Football Stadium $1,500 per event

    Seaman High Auditorium: $200 per hr

    • Sound and Lighting, Mandatory $35 per hr
    • Custodian, Mandatory $35 per hr
    • Security, Optional $40 per hr
    • Administrator, Optional $60 per hr

     

    We allow free usage for groups such as Boy Scouts and Girl Scouts. Each building principal has the authority to establish the dates and times for his/her building.

    We have separate contracts for free use of facilities and for rental of facilities. The cost for in-district use is intended to cover bare minimum cost unless damage occurs.

    Use of equipment and facilities by outside groups will be determined on an individual basis by signed contract. We generally require an outside group to obtain a $500,000 liability policy and name the district as a co-insured party.
