The district will host a Walk-In Enrollment at Seaman Middle School from 3:30-6:30 pm on Tuesday, July 29 for all schools. Laptops will be available for those who need access to a computer in order to complete online enrollment and/or apply for Child Nutrition Benefits (free/reduced) online. Booths will also be set up to assist with health, food service, fee payment, and transportation. If you have successfully completed online enrollment and you have no questions, there is no need to attend walk-in enrollment.

Schedule changes will NOT be part of walk-in enrollment. Students who need to speak to a counselor about schedule changes will need to email or visit their school building on designated days. Students will NOT receive their laptop during walk-in enrollment. Student laptops will be distributed on designated days according to the
back-to-school calendar.
What WILL be at Walk-in Enrollment
-Enroll new students who have not completed online enrollment
-Transportation Department questions (pick up and drop off times will be available in PowerSchool at a later date)
-Child Nutrition Benefit Information (Free or Reduced Price Meals), confirm eligibility by Direct Certification or apply online with computers available
-Check student meal account balance(s) and make deposits with check or cash (credit card payments can be made online)
-Pay fees with check or cash (credit card payments can be made online)
-Meet with a school nurse
-Sign up for the Topeka North Outreach Backpack program
-Sign up for Boys and Girls Club after school programing
-Use a laptop to enroll online
-Meet with special education services
-Sign up for Parents as Teachers
-Drop off forms (you can drop off sports physicals at your school office)
-Help signing up for Schoology
What WILL NOT be at Walk-in Enrollment
-SMS and SHS schedule changes
-Purchase a student SHS parking pass (order online)
-Student laptop check-outs
-Purchase SHS athletic passes (Available at SHS office beginning July 30)
Note: Enrollment must be completed by August 4 in order to get bussing on the first day of school.
