Senior Spotlights

Honor your seniors with a keepsake they will cherish for years. A senior ad is a permanent way to express your love and pride in your child. Decades from now, your student will still have that yearbook.

Family members and friends may purchase an ad in the back of the yearbook. Please read through this information carefully before sending in your ad.

• Do not cut, staple, fold or paperclip the photos.

• Send good quality photographs. Poor photos do not improve in print. Polaroid photos tend to have poor reproduction.

• If photos are one of a kind, you may want to have a professional copy made.

• Scanned photos must be submitted at 300 dpi resolution in a jpeg or tiff format in at least a 4x6 inch format and put on a scan disc or emailed to Mrs. Riley at [email protected].

• Photos should be school appropriate. No obscene gestures, alcoholic beverages, tobacco products or any illegal activity.

• Song lyrics or other copyrighted material may not be used. Attribution is not enough; royalties have to be paid to use.

• Do not write on the back of photos—ink may rub off onto another photo, and it cannot be cleaned without damage to the photo.

• We recommend you stick an address label on the back of each photo.

• Enclose a self-addressed envelope large enough to fit all the pictures and with adequate postage if you want your photos returned.

• Photos will not be returned until the yearbook delivers in August.

• Neatly print or type your message on the bottom of the senior ad contract form or an attached form.

• We will print your message exactly as it appears. We retain the right to reject any material that we consider libelous or in questionable taste.

• Please make checks payable to Seaman Yearbook!!!

This year, yearbook staff is offering three dates for personal workshops. To work with a yearbook staffer to create a personalized Senior Spotlight for your senior, sign up using the link below.
