Mr. Randall Bond, MME

Mr. Bond comes to Seaman High/Middle Schools after serving for 18 years as the choral and theatre director at Holton High and Middle Schools in Holton, Kansas.  

Mr. Bond started his college education at Mid-America Nazarene University in Olathe, Kansas where he played Football and was active in numerous performing groups and extra-curricular activites. He completed his Bachelor of Arts in Music Education from Washburn University and his Masters of Music Education from the University of Kansas with an emphasis in Adolescent Choral Pedagogy and Choral Conducting. 

Mr. Bond has also served as a HS/MS Football Coach, Forensics Coach, Theatre Director and Private Music Instructor. 

Over the past thirty years Mr. Bond has distinguished himself as an educator, adjudicator, guest clinician, and performer. He was a member of the Southern Gospel quartet, and Nashville recording group, "All Four One" and has performed at numerous venues across the mid-west, as well as performing with his choirs in Carnegie Hall, New York City. Mr. Bond has been a guest clinician for numerous league and choral progams. He has served as an adjudicator for regional and state solo competitions for KSHSAA, as well as private and christian school fine arts festivals. 

Mr. Bond is Married to Courtney Bond, who teachers English at Washburn Rural High School, and also has five children. He is extremely excited to be the director of the vocal music program at Seaman, where he did his student teaching in the fall of 1999.
