PE students started off the week with team building relays. The focus was teamwork and fitness as we jumped back into the second semester. We are now doing a racket games unit. This week we began badminton. Skill focus will be on the serve, forehand, backhand, overhead and underhand clear and drive, hairpin, as well as the smash. Students worked on some skill drills and put their skills to practice in a game called Badminton 4-Square. We will continue with this activity next week and will conclude it with a class doubles tournament. 🏸
