6th Grade Career Fair

Our 6th grade students had the opportunity to do some career exploration at our annual Career Fair. At the event, students rotated in small groups to hear from volunteers representing the Kansas State Department of Education (KSDE) career clusters, gaining insight into a wide variety of career pathways.

Students asked thoughtful questions, had great conversations, and learned more about careers that sparked their interest. Volunteers enhance this experience by bringing handouts, demonstrations, and even equipment, helping students make real-world connections to the careers they were exploring.

This event is organized by out elementary counselors and it helps students begin thinking about their interests and future goals. We are grateful to the volunteers who make this experience possible.
