We have three principals (Brad Jones, Joel Wells, and Jennifer Hill) participating in the Elevate leadership development program, a research-based initiative designed to strengthen school leadership and student success.
Elevate focuses on proven actions and behaviors that have a direct impact on student achievement. Through the program, principals learn how to:
- Establish a clear focus on the work that matters most.
- Manage both large and small changes that come with school improvement.
- Create a purposeful school community where teachers and staff believe in their collective ability to make a difference.
In addition, our new assistant principal, Steven Meier has joined EAB’s School Leader professional development series, a program specifically designed to support new administrators as they step into leadership roles. This series equips emerging leaders with practical strategies for managing the demands of school leadership while keeping student learning at the center.
We are so proud of our administrators finding ways for continued professional development. Leadership development programs provide the tools and strategies to sharpen leadership skills, inspire teams, and maintain a strong focus on student outcomes.
As educational leaders, our principals know the importance of modeling lifelong learning. By investing in their own growth, they’re ensuring our schools remain places where students and staff are at their best.
