On Tuesday, January 24, from 6:00 – 8:00 p.m., USD 345 staff, administration, board members, and representatives from community preschools and daycare centers will come together at the Optimist Building (720 NW 50th St.) to discuss kindergarten readiness in USD 345. The conversation is meant to help Seaman School District gain a better understanding on what we can do as a community to ensure our kids are ready for kindergarten at age five. Community members are encouraged to talk with their board member so all voices are heard.
The conversation will be centered around two questions...
What is kindergarten readiness?
How do we ensure every child in USD 345 is kindergarten ready?
