Board Recognition Month

School Board Recognition Month
Posted on 01/13/2021
January is School Board Recognition Month and we want to thank our board for helping lead our district through new and challenging times. We are so grateful to their leadership always but especially during this pandemic.

Thank you to these community leaders who volunteer countless hours to lead the future of our public schools.

Our board of education is comprised of seven individuals whose decisions impact the future of every child in our school and our greater school community.

They attend specialized professional development to stay on top of education issues and trends, develop policies, and make important decisions that help shape the future of our district. And they do this all on a volunteer basis.

The men and women serving Seaman USD 345 and their years of service are:

Michelle Caudill - 1 year
Keith Griffin – 3 years
Cherie Sage – 5 years and current board vice president
James Adams – 11 years and current board president
Frank Henderson – 15 years
Karl McNorton – 5 years
Fred Patton – 18 years

Our board of education are advocates for our community, our children, and our public schools, and they are committed to providing an excellent education for every child. We are grateful to have this opportunity to formally say ‘thank you’ to each of them.
