Seaman Public Schools is seeking to identify every student from birth through age 21 living within our boundaries who has developmental delays or may be in need of special education. • orthopedic impairments
• other health impairments
• speech or language impairments
• gifted
Parents are advised that special education services are designed to offer appropriate educational opportunities for each qualifying student, as well as to provide assistance and support in areas of physical, mental, emotional, and social growth. State and federal laws are followed by providing each student with a free appropriate public education in the least restrictive environment.
